Wrapping up March!

Wow.... I haven't updated for a while! Sorry about that, we have been plenty busy these past few weeks. We have worked through assessments for conferences.....conferences....and now we are finishing up report card assessments! All of the kiddos have worked so hard, I am so proud of them and you should be as well.

We also had some fun with Dr. Seuss week. We enjoyed having fun book readings and special snacks to go along with it. The kids have done awesome with PBIS for earning Golden Tickets as a class for being respectful, responsible, and safe. They LOVED the movie and snack day! We are so close to 20 tickets and we will have something else fun planned!

We have been lucky to have Ms. Pam come and visit, and teaching us about different snakes...and bringing a live one.....yes I was over by the door. Not my favorite but the kids love it.

Hills Bank brought the "baby chicks" to come and visit. It was great exposure and many have not seen chicks. They really enjoyed it.

We have been really learning about different trees, and types of wood in science. We we able to have a "field trip" in our room using Google expeditions. The kids LOVED the experience of looking at different trees and where their habits are.

We also have some great Golden Hawks that have been recognized for being Respectful, Responsible, and Safe in our PBIS Assemblies on Friday. Keep up the hard work!

Have a great weekend!
